Palio 2003. Affectionately called "the rag" by the Sienese. They display it for several hours on June 26. It comes back out on the day of the Palio. The Sienese love to talk about whether they love it or hate it. The reaction to this one (from the sounds of the spectators in the Campo) seemed to be pretty positive.
