Audrey just returned from a day trip to Florence where she spent much of the time journeying to locations that might have influenced Dante's writing. This included an amazing chapel with ceiling fresco that might have had an impact on a very young Dante during long church services where one might stare at the ceiling (I wondered what staring at my popcorn condo ceiling might inspire as well but decided not to include it here).
