It's June 30, and another 6:30am IM exchange from Audrey, who is a bit
worn out from catching up on reading to the tune of 10 cantos. This last
open weekend was still packed with adventure as she journeyed to the mountain
city of Volterra,
which contains some excellent Roman ruins who subdued the city around
298B.C. Sometimes it's easy to forget the history involved here when you
live in a country where 1860 seems old.
